METV cannot be received on an analog receiver, you must have a digital receiver, and in some cases, a digital LNB as well.
Though digital receivers may vary slightly in their set up procedures
here are the general, here are the general instructions.
Move your dish to the Amos satellite at 4 degrees West

Enter
the correct settings to the search menu screen. Go to the menu that
allows you to input the frequency: 11629.5 MHz, Symbol Rate: 3000 ,
FEC: 3/4, and Polarization: Vertical |

On
the search menu screen you should see a signal strength meter that
indicates when you are receiving a signal. If you are receiving a
signal, press the OK button and the receiver will search and lock to
METV's signal. Save the results. Your receiver stored the signal
information and you are now ready to watch. |
